When will my order arrive?

It depends on the selected shipping company and the delivery person. We provide a group of shipping people in a number of major cities. Delivery usually takes one to three days from the order confirmation.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a number of cities specified on the delivery page. All cities served by the shipping company's representative are displayed.

You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp to obtain product weight information and pricing information for international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

You must review and read the return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange. If a return is found to be due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost is charged to the company and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. However, the product cost is not charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
